Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how Bellavi International B.V. ("Bellavi", "we", "us") handles refunds for purchases where we act as Merchant of Record.

2. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including any right of withdrawal for EU consumers as described in our Terms & Conditions.
3. Physical Goods
- If you wish to cancel and return physical goods, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods in their original condition and packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods or proof of return.
4. Digital Products and Services
- For many digital products (downloads, online courses, memberships) we begin delivery immediately after payment. In some cases, by choosing immediate access, you may waive your statutory right of withdrawal.
- We may nevertheless offer refunds in certain cases (for example, technical problems preventing access) at our reasonable discretion.
Any specific refund terms for a particular digital product or service will be mentioned on the checkout page.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we agree with you on another method.
Please note that the time it takes for a refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we may suspend access to the relevant product or service while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issues quickly and directly.
